This week Jerzy and Rob chose to practice a journaling exercise where you gather 3 or more pieces of media that inspire you, then capture a few words as to why.

Chosen prompt to practice next:

Wonder About Some Goals: Set a timer to 2 minutes then wonder about goals and write, speak, or type them into the place you're capturing. Let the goals flow without editing, that's letting the wondering happen. Next ask what makes each goal come to mind, what makes it important to you. Be sure to keep that wondering approach to let yourself see what thoughts come out about each of those goals without trying to filter first.
