Physical Exercise - Plank or Your Equivelant: We're not doctors, ask your doctors and they will agree that we're not doctors. Also your doctor would know if and what physical exercise is good for you. For this practice we're trying to plank. Like any of our practices we'll set a 2 minute timer and give it a try, likely it will be a few plank repetitions in 2 minutes. Wikipedia has a useful definition and examples for reference on plank as an exercise.
